It is an abstract visual dialogue between the architecture of Siza Vieira in Brazil and that of Oscar Niemeyerin Portugal around 28 works that pay a photographic tribute to two icons of modernist architecture.
Curated by researcher Ângela Berlinde, the exhibition proposes an abstract visual dialogue between the architecture of Siza Vieira in Brazil through the Iberê Camargo Foundation and that of Oscar Niemeyer in Portugal with the Hotel in Madeira.
«The photographs by Bassul that inspire this conversation of three – beyond the sea – invite us to feel the heartbeat of the work of two major architects of our time, Siza and Niemeyer, treasures that remain to mark the flow and temperamental geometries of this transatlantic movement,» says the curator.

Tras el éxito alcanzado en la primera edición, el sábado 2 de junio todas las tiendas Fnac celebrarán simultáneamente el 2º Maratón Fotográfico Nacional Fnac.

La inscripción previa, totalmente gratuita, se realiza en el mostrador de información de las tiendas Fnacdesde el 12 de mayo. Los participantes deberán acudir a la tienda el día 2 de junio, a la hora establecida, donde se les desvelará la temática del concurso. A partir de ese momento, dispondrán de unas horas para realizar su fotografía, que deberán entregar ese mismo día en la tienda.
Entre todos los participantes, el jurado local, formado por los especialistas de fotografía de cada tienda elegirá un ganador local en la categoría adulto y un ganador en la categoría infantil (menores de 12 años) que conseguirán:
– Categoría adulto: Cámara Sony DSCW630
– Categoría infantil: Cámara Fujifilm Instax Mini 7S
Entre todos los ganadores locales, un jurado nacional formado por los especialistas de fotografía de Fnac España elegirá tres premios nacionales en la categoría adulto que recibirán:
