Within this tension of disparate times, we strive to create experiences that carry emotional presence, encouraging people to pause and reconsider a world that so often passes them by with indifference,” expresses Radić.

El chileno Smiljan Radić fue anunciado este jueves como ganador del premio Pritzker de arquitectura 2026, el mayor galardón de esta disciplina en el mundo.
«A través de una obra que se sitúa en la encrucijada de la incertidumbre, la experimentación material y la memoria cultural, Smiljan Radić prioriza la fragilidad sobre cualquier pretensión injustificada de certeza», dijo el jurado.
«Sus edificios parecen temporales, inestables o deliberadamente inacabados —casi a punto de desaparecer—, pero ofrecen un refugio estructurado, optimista y discretamente alegre, abrazando la vulnerabilidad como una condición intrínseca de la experiencia vivida», agregó.
