El Concello de Lalín oscila entre precisión y probabilidad, construyendo una ESTRUCTURA ANTIMONUMENTAL en la que, como en las nubes, se pueden adivinar las formas cambiantes de las referencias personales, produciéndose la IDENTIFICACIÓN COLECTIVA por la diversidad de la interpretación individual:

Un CASTRO TECNOLÓGICO, unas nubes de color, un palimsesto cívico, un estampado textil, etc.
